Cosy Home

The London home of designer Abigail Ahern. Looks like the perfect place to curl up in front of the fire in icy London-town.

Apartment Envy

The New York apartment of Kate Foley, buyer for Opening Ceremony. I love, love, LOVE this place, its right in line with my tastes. And Miss Foley - well there's no denying that she's one cool cat with amazing style.

The wardrobe of Jane Keltner de Valle

Another amazing wardrobe on the coveted. This one belongs to Jane Keltner de Valle, fashion news director at teen vogue. Her architect husband designed and built that shoe case for her, glad he's got his priorities in order!

Textile Taxidermy

"Combining crochet and knit with antique and reclaimed materials, these elements are then transformed into vibrant and dramatic sculpture that elevate traditional craft materials and naïve techniques to the realms of contemporary fine art" - the work of UK designer Donya Coward who works in embellished textile taxidermy.
I've never really been a fan of taxidermy, it tends to creep me out (as i'm sure it does most people). But these artworks on the other hand...I could very easily live with one of these in my home.

And my new favorite website is...

The Coveted. What an lust worthy site this is! Similar to The Selby, coveted focuses on the closets of some seriously cool people, rather than showcasing their whole houses. I can tell that i'm going to be indulging in a little too much time on this website. This is the wardrobe of Teen Vogue's fashion market editor, Mary Kate Steinmiller.

Pharrell's pad

How awesome is Pharrell Williams' home?!  I would be so happy to live here. Who wouldn't smile if greeted by a huge Takashi Murakami artwork everyday?
