If you're a Capetonian I strongly advise you check out the Black Handed Kites. I just happened to be walking past &Union one night and overheard a bit of what was actually their first ever live performance - it was such an intriguing sound and I've been wondering who they are ever since. They're still in the beginning stages and they're keeping things fairly quiet, but keep a look out for their soon-to-be-launched website.
